Sarah Palin is withholding 1100 emails claiming an executive privilege/deliberative process exemption that covers preliminary discussion with aids on policy matters. Yet the list of emails includes subject lines that appear to deal with non-policy matters such as rivals and journalists, and that are cc'ed to her husband, who holds no official government position. I assume executive privilege doesn't apply when you include a private citizen and spousal privilege doesn't apply when you include your staff.
Update: Appeal filed to overturn decision to withhold.
